The Taoyuan Youth Home has long provided accompaniment, counseling, and skill training to settle teenagers in the Taoyuan area. The service targets are mostly teenagers with poor family economic conditions, loss of parents, lack of support, domestic violence, leading to school dropout, unemployment, and deviant behavior. According to the evaluation indicators of the Social and Family Affairs Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the institution must provide health check services for cases and frontline staff annually. However, the health check costs for 40-50 people each year are a huge expense that the institution cannot afford. Upon learning of the Taoyuan Youth Home's needs, the Min-Sheng Healthcare System and Shenghong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. provided annual health check services through their professional medical team, now entering the eighth year of continuous support.
